Olefin-based hot melt that can bond to PP and PE without surface treatment.
When bonding olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, surface modification such as corona treatment, plasma treatment, or primer treatment was required. However, using polyolefin allows for bonding without surface treatment. Additionally, the open time is of moderate length, making it suitable for assembling various materials. 【Applications】 ■ Assembly of parts for automobiles, electronics, and housing equipment ■ Pleating processing of filters and bonding with frames ■ Packaging for food and beverages ■ Anti-slip for preventing load shifting, etc. 【Main Product Numbers】 ■ A-51: Excellent thermal stability under continuous heating, suppresses nozzle clogging due to carbonization. Mainly suitable for bonding cardboard and straws. ■ M-36: High softening point with good heat resistance. Proven use in gas appliances. ■ M-55: Capable of bonding various plastics, including difficult-to-bond PET. ■ AM-1510: A light yellow hot melt that is low-priced among olefin types.
